PRIZE DELIVERY POLICY
Specific prizes / awards for 1st / 2nd / 3rd / 4th may vary from tournament to tournament and may vary from published tournament flyers on web sites, E-Mails or Printed Material without advance or prior notification. Flyers on E-Mails, Web Sites or Printed Material are only an an abbreviated form such as an abstract or synopsis of the total content, specifics, rules and procedures of a Tournament. All tournaments are guaranteed to award Individual prizes to the top four (4) teams. The Dollar Value of the Total Tournament Prize Package is not subject to the number of teams in the tournament.
******* ALL TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNTS (NO CASH) FOR ENTIRE TOURNAMENT PRIZE PACKAGES ARE NOT GIVEN TO 1ST PLACE TEAM ONLY. THEY ARE SPREAD OUT TO AT LEAST THE TOP (4) FOUR FINISHING TEAMS OR MORE IN SPORTSWEAR - SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND TRAVEL MONEY.
**** PRIZE GUARANTEE: THE TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT OR VALUE OF TOURNAMENT INDIVIDUAL PRIZES ARE AWARDED TO AT LEAST THE TOP FOUR (4) TEAMS OR MORE. THE TOTAL TOURNAMENT PRIZE DOLLAR VALUE ARE NOT BASED ON THE NUMBER TEAMS. TOTAL PRIZES FOR THE TOP FOUR (4) TEAMS MAY VARY IN STYLE, CONTENT AND DOLLAR AMOUNT BUT NOT IN TOTAL DOLLAR VALUE FOR THE ENTIRE TOURNAMENT PRIZE PACKAGE. INDIVIDUAL DOLLAR VALUE FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL PLACE (1ST, 2ND, 3RD, ETC) MAY CHANGE BUT NOT THE TOTAL DOLLAR VALUE FOR THE ENTIRE TOURNAMENT PRIZE PACKAGE
The prizes procedure is for teams to place an order for sportswear and / or sports equipment at the end of the tournament. Prize Orders will be completed and will be made available for pick at a later date in a timely fashion.
All prize orders must be placed at the tournament that the prizes were awarded. This allows for prompt and speedy availability of completed prizes for pick up by the team managers. Failure to place an order for prizes at the end of the Tournament will result in forfeiture of prize package.
All prize order forms must be complete, accurate, neat and easy to read. All team names will be screen printed with the use of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation unless the team manager specifically prints it differently or to the contrary in the boxes located on the order form. Standard Policy is to create artwork with proper spelling, grammar and punctuation. Teams DO NOT have choice of letter styles or fonts used to create the artwork. Teams get one prize for every player that actually plays and signs the roster up to a maximum of twelve (12) players. Any additional prizes beyond the twelve (12) must be paid at the tournament to be included in the order.
All changes on a prize order must be made by Sunday at 8:00 PM. After that time, all orders are "FINAL" and not subject to change. No changes in the order that require additional payments of costs will be accepted after the tournament day.
All extra - additional prizes, prize upgrades, artwork or any other additional costs of prizes must be paid at the tournament where the prizes were won or awarded. Prize order will be delayed until all extra costs are paid. No artwork will be accepted from teams without payment at the tournament.
All gift certificates for sportswear / sporting goods must be ordered at the tourney. Any extra costs must be paid when the order is placed. The order will be delayed until payment has been received.
All Travel Money must be used by the expiration date. After the expiration date, the Travel Money Vouchers are invalid. Travel Money cannot be exchanged for sportswear / sporting goods. Expiration dates of Travel Money Vouchers cannot be extended. The one exception is for "bad weather' causing a postponement occurring on the tournament day that your team has officially entered to play and received a first game start time.
All prizes will be made available for pick up within two (4) to four (6) weeks with exception of "Rings". Teams are responsible for the pick up of all prizes. At the tournament, teams may pay $10.00 - $20.00 as their share of the shipping costs to have prizes sent by USPS / UPS / FEDEX.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TEAM MANAGER TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO EITHER PICK UP PRIZES AT A FUTURE TOURNAMENT OR PAY 50% OF THE SHIPPING COST AT THE TOURNAMENT WHERE THE PRIZES WERE WON IF THE PRIZES ARE TO BE SENT BY UPS or USPS MAIL.
NO NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT WHEN PRIZES ARE READY FOR PICK UP OR SHIPMENT. NO NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT WHEN PRIZES ARE DONATED TO CHARITY THIS POLICY IS NOT SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATION. NO EXCEPTIONS GRANTED !!
